Arch Retail Solutions in Waltloo Meat and Chicken stores

 

 

Waltloo Meat & Chicken was established by two entrepreneurial cousins in 1995. From humble beginnings in one store, the existing Waltloo Chicken Wholesalers in Waltloo (Pretoria), the operation has grown to 48 stores, primarily in Gauteng and North West, but also increasing their footprint in KZN, Free State, Limpopo and Mpumalanga.

The stores do not only offer customers a wide range of beef, lamb, mutton, turkey, fish, chicken, offal, cold meats, eggs, boerewors and an array of dairy products but also a variety of grocery products.

Arch Retail Solutions has historically been running in Meat-2-Oceans, of the Pretoria stores for some time. The decision was made to roll out Arch to all stores and is presently being implemented in the group as the integrated retail management solution of choice.

The following Arch Solutions are applied in the operation: Arch Retail (In-store), Arch Mobile (on-the-floor access to operational information), Arch Enterprise (Multi-store central merchandising). Store size is on average 8 POS and 2 BO machines.
