Aurora International Taste Challenge 2022

This year, The Aurora International Taste Challenge (AITC) will be held just outside Stellenbosch in South Africa and will have some top professionals judging products worldwide. The goal is to identify and award the best-tasting products available to consumers.

 

 

 

The panellists aim to assess the quality of products from the consumer’s point of view, in similar circumstances to those in which a consumer would enjoy the product.

For the third year in a row, charcuterie, uncooked and cooked sausages, patties and other meat products will feature prominently. This year there will also be a trophy for the best meat product.

The judges will grant silver, gold and double gold awards to exceptional products.
