“During the production phase, Matrix Software’s Block Tests and Recipes provided Cape Deli with valuable insights into their manufacturing processes,” says Le Roux. Block Tests break down raw ingredients into multiple components, providing a granular view of the production chain and giving clients a comprehensive picture of how each component contributes to the final product.
