Every year, techconsult GmbH’s users rank solutions based on customer satisfaction in the Professional User Rating (PUR). The Jungheinrich Warehouse Management System, Jungheinrich WMS, was rated one of the top 5 warehouse management systems in German-speaking countries last year and again this year in the field of Company Excellence (supplier rating) and Solution Excellence (solution rating).
Ranking Jungheinrich as a champion in the field of warehouse management underscores the high level of customer satisfaction with Jungheinrich solutions and services, which customers also highly recommend.
The users of Jungheinrich WMS are also impressed with its innovativeness, the solution-specific range of functions and the quality of the advice and support. The rating reflects the decades of experience Jungheinrich has in the field of warehouse management and the associated individualised material flow advice as well as the large range of functions offered by Jungheinrich WMS with over 60 flexibly configurable modules and the constant expansion of functions, including intelligent functions.
Also noteworthy is the top award that Jungheinrich received this year from its users in the Service & Support category.
techconsult GmbH, an established German research and analysis firm, analyses solutions in a total of ten categories every year and names the top suppliers based on users’ opinions. Expert users are also interviewed as part of the analysis. In the Digital Solutions category, a total of more than 4,300 users ranked more than 50 different software solutions across 67 criteria and rated their satisfaction in the fields of Company Excellence, meaning aspects relating to the company and its position on the market, and Solution Excellence, meaning aspects relating to the solution and the technologies employed.
As a result, each “PUR diamond” represents one of the 25 companies that were rated among the best. Suppliers that achieve both an excellent company rating as well as an excellent solution and technology rating are named champions.
