An award provides social media and newsletter content, points of difference, and bragging rights while setting your product apart. What will you do with an award?

At the AITC, experts evaluate food and drinks to help consumers make informed choices.

This year, a vast array of food and drinks will be judged at The Aurora International Taste Challenge, to be held in South Africa.

Charcuterie including salami, chorizo, ham, Pancetta and Bresaola and many more will be evaluated.
