1) Block 1 hour:

Be sure to save the date in your agenda. It will last around 1 hour: presentation and Question Round

 

2) Connect into the meeting early:

The virtual presentation will be held through the Microsoft Office platform called Teams. No need to download it. In fact, attached to the mail the a 3-step guidelines about how to easily connect into Teams Meeting.

3) Connection through Computer or tablet:

We recommend using a computer or a tablet to better visualize the images. However, you don’t need to turn on the camera or the microphone if you don’t want to.
