Welbilt Launches Frymaster FQ4000 easyTouch.
A press release published on the Foodservice Consultants Society International (7/25) website announces that Welbilt “once again brings innovation to the table with the launch of the Frymaster FQ4000 easyTouch® – the third brand within the Welbilt portfolio to use patented easyTouch® technology.”
Designed to help caterers “guarantee excellent frying results, the FQ4000 easyTouch® control panel has the added benefit of holding pre-loaded cooking profiles, meaning operators can conveniently tailor their fryer according to their menus.” The system “not only reduces the risk of errors during busy service periods, but it also ensures that high quality, consistent fry results are achieved; even staff that have had minimal training are able to guarantee excellent fry results with the FQ4000 easyTouch® thanks to the step-by-step instructions available with each cooking profile.”
