The Fire & Feast Butcher’s Festival a Great Success
The Fire & Feast Butcher’s Festival presented by Crown National is a much-needed platform for South Africa’s vibrant meat industry. It was spectacularly well supported by a really enthusiastic audience, all with varying knowledge about the meat industry, and an incredibly talented group of participants which made for exciting viewing and challenging judging. It provided the opportunity to meet some of the country’s most highly acclaimed butchers and leading food experts.
South Africa’s best butchers were given a well-deserved platform to showcase their international-level skills at the recent Fire & Feast Butcher’s Festival (#fireandfeast), presented by Crown National.
It is a much-needed platform for South Africa’s vibrant meat industry and provided the opportunity to meet some of the country’s most highly acclaimed butchers and leading food experts.
“The festival, which is a long overdue celebration of the meat industry and associated products, brings together the expertise of butchers, braai-masters and more than 80 exhibitors, varying from associated regulators, food, beverage and lifestyle brands,” said Paul Edmunds, Sponsorship and Content Manager at Reed Exhibitions.
